Free Shipping to the Contiguous USA on ALL ORDERS!

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase within minutes. All orders that are placed before 11am PST on Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. 1-3 working days after the order is shipped.

Orders placed after 11AM PST, weekends, or holidays will be immediately processed and shipped the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information from the appropriate delivery carrier.

All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce only. Depending on the value of your purchase, all orders will be shipped as detailed below. Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery. Shipping rates and qualifications are outlined below:

US: 9-15 working days.

UK or EUROPE: 11-16 working days.

Australia: 10-15 working days.

Canada: 10-15 working days.

All shipments sent will require a Direct Signature upon delivery.

The shipping address provided in your order is the address to your package that will be sent. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and an address correction must be made for delivery you will be charged an address correction fee of $15.00.



We continuously strives to offer its customers the highest quality of service. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of each item we sell. Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours. However, if you are not fully satisfied you may return it for a refund or exchange, within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

Returns:
In order to be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned, undamaged in the original boxes, and with any original certificates. The product cannot have been altered in any way. Items received that have been damaged or altered will not be refundable, unless authorized by us representative. Any package missing the certificate(s) will be charged $100.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.

Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be given in the same way as payment was made. We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed it. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

You need to return the item within 30 days after receiving it, ensure that the item is complete and undivided until the package is returned to us for refund.

Exchanges:
Damaged or defective items may only be exchanged.

You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item and the original packing slip is included with the returned damaged or defective item. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge.

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

How to Return / Exchange:
For return or exchange of an item please email us and note the reason for returning/exchanging the item. We will email you back for the return/exchange authorization code.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier and insured for the amount of the item. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

We is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.

Items received after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. Items noted as special orders must be sent back within 5 days. Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply
